『DAUGHTER（ドーター）』 作曲家である菅野祐悟が監督として挑んだデビュー作がついに公開！ 竹中直人、関川ゆか がダブル主演。
早くに母を亡くした美宙と、亡き妻の幻影を探し続ける物理学者・晴人親子の物語。 横浜の美しい街並みを背景に、掛け違えた愛に苦しむ父と娘の織りなすヒューマンラブストーリー。 竹中直人、関川ゆかを筆頭に、上地由真、近藤勇磨、若林瑠海、松代大介、奥田圭悟、ゆのん、美莉奈、かとうれいこ等、多彩なキャストが美しく繊細なストーリーを丁寧に紡いでいく。
さらに、監督・菅野が音楽面でも全編作曲を担当し、オープニング曲「DREAM AGAIN」にはSUPERNOVAのキム・ソンジェ、エンディング曲「FAR AWAY」にはKANATSUがその美しい歌声で華を添える。
またチェロに宮田大、クラシックギターに朴葵姫と、世界的音楽家たちが一同に集結！
作詞も脚本家・宇咲海里、自らがその世界観を表現すべく手がけている。

愛は物理を超えるか

12月15日から東京渋谷の「ヒューマントラストシネマ渋谷」を皮切りに全国各地の劇場でスクリーンに映し出される予定です。ぜひ多くの方にご覧いただけることを願っています。

The film “DAUGHTER” is finally released, a debut directed by the composer Yugo Kanno! Naoto Takenaka and Yuka Sekikawa play the lead roles.

The story is about Misora, who lost her mother (Mihar) at a young age, and Haruto, a physicist who continues to search for the phantom of his deceased wife. Set against the beautiful backdrop of Yokohama city, it’s a human love story woven by a father and daughter who suffer from their misunderstood love. Leading the cast are Naoto Takenaka and Yuka Sekikawa, followed by Yuma Uechi, Yuma Kondo, Rumika Wakabayashi, Daisuke Matsushiro, Keigo Okuda, Yunon, Merina, Reiko Kato, and many others, who delicately spin a beautiful and sensitive story.

Moreover, director Kanno also takes charge of the music for the entire film. The opening song “DREAM AGAIN” features the beautiful voice of Kim Sungje of SUPERNOVA, while the ending song “FAR AWAY” features KANATSU. Additionally, world-renowned musicians, including Dai Miyata on cello and Kyuhee Park on classical guitar, come together for the film.

The lyrics are penned by the screenwriter Kairi Usaki, who has crafted them to best express the film’s universe.

Starting December 15th, the movie is scheduled to be screened at “Human Trust Cinema Shibuya” in Tokyo’s Shibuya, and thereafter at theaters nationwide. We hope that many people will come to watch it.
