Have you ever seen a man more happy to win a Golden Globe than Shogun’s Tadanobu Asano?

Tadanobu Asano was thrilled to win his first Golden Globe for his role in Shogun and we can’t think of anyone else that was happier than he was. Take a look.

  1. I think Japan's distinctive features include BUSHI, SAMURAI, SOUGUN, etc.
Another distinctive feature of Japan is the false accusations of Japan's pre-modern criminal justice system.
The film "正体" , which is currently being shown in Japan, is an excellent work that depicts a false accusation in the Japanese criminal justice system.
The film depicts the protagonist disguised as five different people and on the run from the investigative authorities who are desperately trying to get out of his way to track.

There is actually a person in Japan who is in a similar situation. There is a test-taker who is being framed by people from the Ministry of Justice as if he were a false accusation. He had an account that was strong in legal discussions on an anonymous bulletin board called the Preliminary Exam Thread"予備試験スレ" on 5chan, a bulletin board for Japanese test-takers, but after being identified by the test organizers seven years ago, he has changed his account every year, and even though he has changed to a total of five people, he is being tracked by the test organizers using the test information they have, and by monitoring his computer and mobile phone, and he continues to be relentlessly hindered from taking the test, manipulated to lower his image, insulted, and encouraged to commit suicide.
    That person is Love-train.
Love-train "is a candidaite for the national examination organized by the Ministry of Justice in japan.
He was illegally framed by the exam organizers,7 years ago.

Ladies and gentlemen around the world,
You can meet him at Starbucks Poppo Machida in Machida, Japan, in the evening.
He is a great human being who believes in love and peace, without conflict in the world!

I have posted details of the incident in the comments section of the third-to-latest video on Starbucks Japan's official YouTube channel.

  2. I like how the translator comes out, is not needed at all, but then gets a small bow of recognition from him as he leaves (cut off from most the clips tho.)

  3. "Maybe you don't know me", only a Japanese can say that. So humble even despite all their achievements. Loved his character in Shogun. He was able to beautifully blend someone who's a schemer with an innocent lightheartedness. Well deserved.

  4. You are, sir, the best Genghis Khan that ever khaned in the movies. You are incredibly amazing as Temujin. Your scene in the stone cage is one of the most beautiful scenes that I ever saw in a movie!

  5. Yabushige was one of my fave characters on Shogun. He was comedic without even trying to be and loved the way he tried to be oily and snake like, but wasn't in the end. 🤣
I am so glad that Tadanobu san took home a trophy! Its those supporting actors that can give some real weight to a show, and he certainly did that. Great cast, great rendition of the Shogun classic. ❤❤❤❤❤❤

  6. Very underrated, this dude is extremely versatile. Didn't like him much at first as he played some unlikable (or even unbearable) characters. But then I found out he could very likable and charming too. So glad to see him got the award and being so happy

  7. Wow…so..maybe you don’t know me

Tadanobu Asano's speech was like opening a window in a stagnant room and letting in some fresh air.

  8. I don't care for the Shogun TV series, but he was already good in the movie Silence… It's nice to see genuine joy from these actors
