わんこそばは一口サイズの小さいお椀に入ったそばをお給仕(ウエイトレスの人)がお客様にどんどん出してくる食べ放題システムのような仕組みになっていて盛岡市の名物ですね😊
ちなみに研ナオコさんの本職はコメディアンではなく実は有名な日本の女性シンガーなのです😆✨👍
ちなみにお客様がお椀の蓋を閉めたら終了の合図になりますが日本記録は女性753杯、男性は557杯だそうです🙄
通常の蕎麦は、一食分で提供されますが、わんこ蕎麦は、蓋をしない限り永遠に注ぎ足されます😂
私は、若い頃はラーメン派でしたが近頃は蕎麦の方が食べたいです🤤
でも、近くにはラーメン屋の方が多いです🍜笑

Wanko soba is a fun style of eating soba where you get tiny portions in small bowls, and they keep refilling them one after another until you say “stop”—kind of like a comedy sketch! It’s more about seeing how much you can eat and enjoying the experience. Regular soba, on the other hand, is just served as a full portion all at once.
This skit was about a prank where food kept getting added to the bowl, making someone eat more even though they were already full and didn’t want to.😁

わんこそばなんて、日本人でも食べた事ない人多いですよ～。「わんこそば」とは、そばの種類の事じゃなく、小さな器のそばを次々に食べさせて、何杯食べられるかを競ったり、スコアを楽しんだりする文化です。だから、この志村けんのように一人でわんこそばを食べに行く人は珍しいと思います😅
もともとは全員集合でやってた、加藤茶とコンビ芸のわんこそうめんだったような気がする。
志村加藤コンビのほうも、全く同じ流れなのに別の面白さがある。
わんこそばは岩手県のそばで、一口大のお湯をくぐらせたそばをお椀に入れて食べていくという事しか分からないので、ただ海外で言う所の「フードファイト」に近いもので何杯食べるかを競っていく大会もあるそうで、実際のところ食べた事ないですね😅
そばと言えばスーパーで袋とかパックに入った（ものによってはだしとセットになってるものもある）のを買って家で茹でて温めただしの中に入れてかまぼことか甘辛く煮た油揚げを入れたりかき揚げを入れたり、色んなトッピングを付けて食べるという食べ方もありますよ。
余談：昔引っ越しのあいさつでご近所さんにそばを出したり（最近は洗剤とかタオル、菓子折りを配る事が増えた）、大みそかに「年越しそば」を食べたりしますが、これは「末永くよろしく」という意味が込められてるそうです。江戸時代にそばを配る風習があったというからビックリですよね😊あとビタミンB1が豊富という事で「脚気」の予防になったとか
私も『わんこ蕎麦』は食べたことがないです😅
東北弁は『〜こ』という事があり(じぇんこ→銭っこ→お金の事)お椀を、『椀こ』と言ったんだと思います🤔それで小さなお椀(椀こ)に次々と蕎麦を入れて食べるので『わんこ蕎麦』となったのではないかなぁと😊
一度は挑戦してみたいですけどね😂
