気象予報士の資格を持つSnow Man阿部亮平（29）が30日放送のフジテレビ系報道番組「Live News イット！」に生出演し、SDGs特別企画を放送する。 今回のテーマは「生物多様性のSDGs」で、国立科学博物館附属自然教育園を取材。前回から「イット！」で月に1回、定期出演する「マンスリースペシャルキャスター」となった阿部の出演は、不定期出演の時期を含めて6回目。都市化が進む中で失われつつある自然の大切さや絶滅の危機にひんする生物たちについて「イット！」のお天気キャスター・ガチャピンとともにスタジオで生報告する。 阿部とガチャピンが向かったのは広さが東京ドーム4.2個分という広大な敷地の国立科学博物館附属自然教育園。多様な動植物が共存するための植生管理が行われていて、阿部は、あるアプリを使いカメラで撮影した画像から生物の種類を見極めるという新たな体験に挑戦した
